DESCRIPTION:Each year we award grants to Pre K through 3rd grade schools in Thurston County that demonstrate a need for funding that goes beyond their currently-funded curriculum. \n\nIndividually\, grants range from $300 – $2\,500. Since the beginning of our Early Learning Grants program in 2006\, we have awarded over $177\,000!\n\n\nApplicants should be seeking funding for developing a program/ curriculum that:\n\n\n\n 1. Stimulates student creativity and motivation to learn\n 2. Enhances the current learning environment\n 3.
